Someday….

Someday. That’s the flaky excuse a lot of people use when it comes down to committing to a fitness program. And as my business partner says, ‘Last I checked, someday isn’t on the calendar.’ You see, someday is the excuse a person uses when they likely don’t manage their own time and don’t make their health a priority (there could be more reasons, but it doesn’t matter). I understand that there are some people who don’t like to workout, but something as simple as walking briskly can bring about improvements to one’s life. With all the ‘things’ on my daily lists I can still squeeze in a workout to move my body and keep my heart, muscles, bones, etc. healthy. Here’s an example of a simple workout that takes less than 15 minutes, yet still challenges the heart and muscles.
SUNDAY STROLL EXPRESS:
10-1
KB Swings (heavy) I used a 24kg
push-ups
pull-ups
Finish out with 55 flutter kicks.

My HR maxed out at 173 and I was done in less than 12 minutes. See, no excuses! Now, take a break from your busy life and go move your body. You’ll be glad you did. :)
