Thank you Sara and Dann for helping out with the weightlifting competition today at the Arnold! Your help is appreciated immensely. And a shout out to Crazy Ed for stopping by our table and just being an awesome testimonial to potential new clients for what kettlebell training has done for you! And a huge thanks to Cara for covering the Saturday morning classes this weekend! SoF can still lay out a hamster beat down even when the Cat is out to play.

Side note: there will not be any open gym on Sunday at noon this weekend due to our presence at the Arnold Sports Festival/Fitness Expo. Stop by and see us!

This weekend is the internationally recognized Arnold Classic and Sports Festival in Columbus, OH. Look for State of Fitness and stop by and say ‘Hi’. We’ll be over by the weightlifting competitions. Until then, get your hamster butt in the gym tonight for Nick’s kick ass krav maga class tonight at 7pm! You won’t be disappointed. Kettlebell circuit at 5:30pm and 6:15pm tonight taught by yours truly as well. See you at the gym! ~Cat~

Snow cancellations

As much as we love cruising thru the snow in our Jeeps, we realize that not everyone has that advantage in the snow. Due to the snow that doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon today and government issued snow emergency levels, we will be cancelling all evening sessions and classes this snowy Tuesday evening. Be safe and see you at the gym tomorrow!
