Intro Class:

  • Learn the basics of barbell and kettlebell training. This class introduces you to the foundation of the exercise programming offered at State of Fitness.  Please call to reserve your spot. (30 min)

Monday-Thursday 6:15-6:45pm,  Saturday 10am-10:30am

KB Conditioning:

  • This class teaches various advanced kettlebell techniques and exercises safely and effectively to advance your fitness levels. (45 min)

Monday-Thursday 5:30m-6:15pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:30am-6:15am, Saturday 10:30am-11:15am.

TRX (6-week sessions): We have added Bobbie Kuhns’ TRX classes to our lineup of classes at State of Fitness. Bobbie is one of the best TRX instructors in the state, if not the country. Amp up your workouts and tighten your core in this total body TRX workout! Come on in and see why she is so good. You will not be disappointed! Cost is $90 for one day a week and $165 for two days a week for 6 weeks. Call or sign up at the gym to secure your spot. Space is limited.

Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:15pm, Tuesdays and Fridays 12:00pm-12:45pm

Krav Maga: Krav Maga is a reality based self defense system that is designed to work with your natural instincts regardless  of your size, athletic ability, or gender. 8 week sessions $100/3 times/week. Contact Nick: Nick@contactcombatSTL.com to register. Private sessions are also available.

Kettlebells & Flexibility: Slow down the pace a bit and focus on basic ‘grease the groove’ kettlebell training with an emphasis on flexibility and mobility. This class uses kettlebells, foam rollers, and the TRX. (45-60min)

Boot Camp: (coming soon!)

  • Train your whole body with various bodyweight exercises, mobility training, and other pieces of equipment. Shred the fat in Boot Camp using the TRX, kettlebells, and various barbell exercises in a motivating group environment. *Advanced sign-up required.

Monday-Friday 9:30am-10:15am, Tuesday & Thursday 6:30am-7:15am, *Special 6 week Boot Camps are available Tuesday & Thursday 8:15-9am. Please contact Dave Clancy for more information.

Fitness Conditioning: Move your body in this specialized training class and take your physical condition to another level. This high-intensity, fast-paced class is scaled to each individual’s fitness levels and capabilities and will increase your strength and endurance. Evening classes are taught by Cara, a certified CrossFit coach.

Monday & Wednesday 6:45pm-7:30pm (advanced sign-up required)

Open Gym:

  • Independently work on your exercise skills with the kettlebells, barbells, and other various pieces of equipment. Completion of first month Intro classes required.

Monday-Thursday 6:30pm-8:00pm, Saturday 11am-12pm, Sunday 12pm-2pm

*Open gym is for members who have completed the introductory sessions and have exhibited correct technique in training with their respective coaches.
